I'd like you to imagine your dream life, see the version of you who has what you want to have, feels how you want to feel and is who you want to be. I'm Brittany Hoops, your hypnotherapist and manifestation coach, and this is the show where I'll teach you to master the full power of your mind to guide you on your journey towards destination manifestation. Hi guys, how are you doing? You know what's so funny? I don't know why it is, but I have to record this little intro part like five times, because I can just never start that episode sounding like a normal human being. Just so you know that was the sixth time. But, hello, I feel like I feel more normal if I just tell you that I've done this six times, as opposed to trying to act normal from the very beginning. But whatever, today's episode 11, and I'm so freaking excited it's actually a very special episode because it's kicking off a new series that I'm bringing to the show. I'm going to call it my Manifestibesti series, which essentially means their interviews. It's not just going to be me talking to you, it's going to be me and someone else. I'm bringing in friends, I'm bringing in experts, I'm bringing in downright inspirational people onto the show so that you can hear about their mindset, how they manifested the success that they found, how they create success, what advice they have and, just overall, sharing their inspiration for how they got to where they are. Since you all know that I most recently was on the CBS TV show Big Brother last summer, I'm starting out the series with some super inspirational friends that I've made from that experience. Also, we have a few other experts from outside Big Brother lined up and some crossover. You guys will see the next several episodes will be really awesome in bringing in all these Manifestibesti's onto the show.

The first friend that we get to speak to today is Taylor Hale, the winner of the season we were both on, which is Big Brother 24. I am so freaking excited for you guys to hear this interview for multiple reasons. One, it's more like a friend chat than an interview. Two, I think you'll get to see aside and hear a side of Taylor that maybe you haven't gotten as much of a chance to know. I feel like all the other podcasts, especially directly after the show, was asking her and all of us really about our strategy, about different aspects of Big Brother. Sure, we talk about some things of Big Brother, but only in the context of understanding her mindset around things. We really dive into the mindset that's required to reach success, to have confidence and to become a resilient person. I would say that you don't even really have to be a fan of Big Brother to get a lot from this interview. In fact, if you didn't watch the show, let me just catch you up.

Taylor and I were on this reality show together called Big Brother, where, if you're unfamiliar with Big Brother, you're stuck in a house, cut off from the outside world for about 100 days At least it was for us, if you count our little sequester period where we have to stay in a hotel room alone for two weeks before we go into that house. We became instant friends, taylor and I, and we were aligned and working together for most of the game, primarily through an alliance, a group of people who said they were going to work together. That we named ourselves the leftovers. That gives you into a peak of some of the difficulties that came up during our season. Why we called ourselves the leftovers was because we were not the cool kids. There was a cool group and then there was everyone else. Luckily, the everyone else decided to work together and we called ourselves the leftovers. We talk a little bit about that here in this episode.

The goal of the Big Brother game is to stay in the house the longest without being voted out, or, if you watch this season without a twist, that somehow saves your game. There's a lot of things you can't really control in the Big Brother world, but you try to stay there the longest by any means necessary. You want to make it all the way to the end, where you're the last person standing after you're voted the winner by a jury of other players. That's essentially how you win. That's exactly what Taylor did.

She won first place the grand prize as well as America's favorite player, which I don't think that had ever happened before, where a first place winner also won the America's vote, which is pretty exciting. In fact, taylor and I are the only two people of the whole season to win any sort of America's vote. I won an America's vote at the very beginning of the season and she won there at the end. Let's just say this Taylor is no stranger to winning. She's also won Miss Michigan prior to being on the show and now she's hosting the exit interviews for this season of Big Brother for entertainment tonight. Yeah, she's in the big leagues now. That is to say that Taylor knows a thing or two about making a dream happen, going out there, making things happen, and that's exactly what we discuss here today. Taylor, taylor, hey, how's it going? Good to meet you, man, I am doing so good.

This feels like fun, but also kind of like I don't know, like I'm going to have to. You know, it's a podcast, it's not just us like chatting over FaceTime. I'll have to like remind myself this. That's the power of editing, that's what we're meant to do. You're like, oh okay, if it goes off, you know, we'll bring it back. We'll bring it back. But I am so excited for this because I feel like these are the kind of conversations that we didn't really get to have in the house. I don't know whether you realize it or not, but you are kind of the queen of manifesting. I mean, think about this, taylor you winner of BB24, america's favorite player. You won Miss Michigan. You just got finished walking New York Fashion Week. You're doing the Big Brother exit interviews for entertainment tonight. I mean these are some major goals. Like, talk to me, what's the secret, what's the kind of mindset does one need to achieve like big goals like this, you know.

I always joke a little bit when I say this and I say it takes just a little bit of delusion to make this.

That's what TikToks say in these days. They're like you got to be Dalu Lu, right, Dalu Lu, that's a Salulu.

But look, there's a little bit of irrational faith in yourself that you have to have, because here's what I always say you are always going to be so many other people who's either past time or a literal job it is to critique you. Why am I going to be one of those people? And I've fallen victim to being my own big critic. I'm painfully realistic in my everyday happenings, but the more you transition that lens and say it's other people's responsibility to be the one that says no, I'm not going to be the one that says no to myself. That's when the doors and the windows open and you have more access to say okay, no matter who tells me no or who tries to block this opportunity for me, I'm not going to be the one that lets it stop. Yeah, yeah.

Somebody else might say no down the road, but it is not going to be me. I'm not going to be the one that does that. So talk to me about the in-between time. So say you've identified this goal, you want to win Big Brother, you want to win this pageant, you want to win whatever. This thing is right and it hasn't happened yet. What are you focused on in the meantime? You got your eyes set. You're not there yet. It hasn't happened. What's going through your mind?

I think there's two ways, two specific journeys or things I've achieved now that have made it so worth it. Number one was competing in pageants. Look, it took me three tries to win a state title. I competed once in DC and twice in Michigan. I forgot about that, yeah.

And so many people would say what does training look like for Miss whatever USA? And I would say, oh, it's just the journey of trying to be a better version of yourself. If you train every day and say I am going to pay attention to the news so I can answer an on-stage question, where's that going to get you? But if you say I'm going to pay attention to the news so I can form my independent opinions and thoughts on what's happening in the world, it's not training for one competition, it's just gross and independence. Why would I say no to that journey? It's going to prepare me. That destination is going to prepare me for the ultimate prize. So there's that. And then there's also now, with this opportunity I have with the entertainment tonight, my entire life. It wasn't just when we were sitting in the game room in the house and I said I remember talking about it, Taylor.

It wasn't just when I said that with live feed cameras. So if someone out there is watching, you can give me an opportunity.

No, yeah right.

It worked like that because if it worked like that I would have walked out of the house and had the opportunity. It's been a constant behind the scenes communication of, okay, what is my contract with CBS, say, can I explore other networks, yes or no? It's kind of in the air. Okay, I'm going to talk to you at entertainment tonight. Okay, this isn't an opportunity you can just give to me. What do I have to do to earn this opportunity? And then that has to be proved by the big brother people at CBS. So it's a lot of constant, not just goal setting but networking. You have to be willing to put in effort and work along the way to get the thing that you want.

And I think a lot of people think in this reality space boom you get followers, boom you get attention, boom you get press. You can do anything you want. You have to be willing to put the work in and luckily I had that experience from pageants, years of waiting and working, and is paying off in this other way too.

Right, and I just love that because I think some, like you said, there's these obstacles, there's these stop signs, along the journey towards destination manifestation, you know, and along this journey, and it's like you don't just hit like one little bump and be, oh, oh, no, I can't, I can't get there, oh I'm, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm splat on the road, you know. No, you got to, you got to find, like, your way around, you know, whatever that might be, because there's not just one route, like there literally is not one round. You might could take any sort of number of routes to get to where you want to go.

Yeah, If there was one route, you wouldn't have this podcast and your successful business. If there was one route, the route I was on that first week, the route we were both on the first week in the Big Brother house. It was straight out the door, so okay.

Let's talk about this again in the most safe, distanced, mentally healthy way possible. Okay, Because you know I'm not about reliving in anything but, like I said, another quality that I think of you and the given our shared experience, is resiliency. And I know, and what's interesting is we I know we haven't talked, I mean other than just like friend chats, and over this past year we haven't talked this much about it, because when we were in it, we were in it and it's one thing versus versus a year out and being able to have that perspective of it. But talk to me about this Like, how did you navigate those early weeks and Big Brother and TLDR if you didn't watch Big Brother, Taylor, the house was not so kind. Many people in the house and we're not going to call out anybody, but many people in the house were not so kind to Taylor Hale how did you navigate those early weeks and Big Brother mentally, Like what was going through your mind at the time?

You know, I think once I realized how difficult it was for me to make connections with people, I said, okay, this is, this is the game that I have to play.

I can't just win competitions and I can't just, you know, be cute in the backyard and be brought into the popular kids alliance, as we usually see happen on Big Brother, right. So I understood thanks to you also for giving me information I understood that my position in the house was significantly worse than I expected to be going inside the house. And when we wake up to that, I said, okay, this has to be a game of social maneuvering, not manipulation. This has to be a game of maneuvering, not lies. And I think it was also just understanding how much the process and experience means to so many people. I mean, like, people apply for the show over and over and over. There are super fans and there are casting teams and there are people working behind the walls at crazy hours. You know, we put on our mic packs and we are the show right, we were told all the time by the people in Mexico.

We are the show not the show, but we get called into the DR and we narrate our experience. Those people that we talked to in the DR then have to go and edit the show and make decisions about the show, and there are people that work so, so hard on all of this. And to get there, to be placed in this space, to be one of 16 people yeah, no matter how hard that opportunity was or the experience was going to be, for me it was going to be up over one way or another. Either I was getting voted off the show or I was leaving the show. And it was something for me. It was something for me to say I can't let other people make me quit on myself. Too many people work too hard for this. Too many people want this. I mean, I'm going to go one way or another, so why am I going to walk out on the wall? You got to kick me out before I leave on it, quit on myself.

Yeah, quit on yourself. Oh, I kind of wish we would have had this conversation Maybe in real time. That might have been nice. I will say there was one time I had my finger on the DR button that I was just like, am I going to go? And then I was like I'm going to. I was like Brittany, just sleep on it, like sleep on it. And then the next day, of course I didn't want to leave Like you have to. You have to not quit on yourself. There's so much more at play. So what advice might you give to somebody who maybe there's people in their life friends, family, whatever, acquaintances, people who are not liking them, they're not connecting, somebody's jealous of them, whatever it may be right? What advice would you have for them if they're dealing with that outside negativity?

Ooh, you want to talk outside negativity, brittany, I'm just saying you're resilient, let's.

I want to hear it from the queen of resiliency.

I try, I try very hard not to talk about the post show experience, right, because publicly I got the most love from anybody in our cast, like I got the you know how it went. I got the most love and attention from anybody in our cast. And I try not to talk about the other side of that because I don't want people to think you didn't have it as hard as other people or your reputation is fine compared to anybody else. But you know, there's some really, really dark things that have been sent to me, said about me, said about the people that I care and love, and so it's. If this is what I receive, I can't imagine what other people from my cast has received. I hope that it dies down.

I think my experience with the negativity is a little more prolonged, because I had that super high, high, and now there's a shift in the pendulum and, too, this like once a lot of the most vocal supporters die down. They're still there, but they're not as loud, and so the people that are loudest in their hate seems like they're more prevalent, or it seems like they're creeping up more, and so you know there's this, this interesting dynamic, where I'm dealing with it more now than anybody else in our cast, whereas our cast, coming off the show, kind of had each other like we're all getting hate right now and I'm like, oh, I'll tell people to chill out, but it's a different experience. So I say all that to say when it comes to either people directly in their personal life or through a parasocial relationship or a distant relationship, like I said, people are not going to agree with you and you can't appease everybody, because if you appease everybody, you're going to lose yourself.

And so it's important to understand who you are, you have to understand what's important to you, what matters to you, what is valuable to you, what people are valuable to you, what environment you want to exist in, and once you do that, it's a lot harder for people to penetrate your bubble. Now, don't make it an impenetrable bubble, but make it a bubble yeah, positivity. Make it a space where you can be open to criticism, but not succumb to criticism, and it's a lot easier said than done.

I know it's a lot easier said than done, but you've got to have a lot of belief in faith in yourself and, honestly, I think, pageantry for that, because there were blogs and forums tearing down your physical appearance, your ability to walk or flip your hair or, you know, be the next Miss Universe. And if I can be picked apart on that scale by a bunch of like geriatric people online, I can handle.

So like, okay, so maybe there's people picking you apart. Let's just use that as an example. How do you? You hear it? Do you block it and say, oh, I don't agree with you, I know what I believe, like how, I guess here's the thing, like. I'm like thinking about.

It's like how do we keep out the haters, keep out the negativity, not let it like get you who you know you to be, but again not become that closed off bubble like in your own, closed off like world? Because I'll admit, like post BB, like I got a lot of love, but also, you know, like everybody else, there's a, there's a lot of critics too, and I found it just like easier to just kind of like hide, you know. And then I realized for a while I was like that's not doing any good, because then I'm not able to go out and do things like this, like the show, or like talk about my passions, or like I shouldn't have to be scared of being me out in public, you know. So how does somebody balance that of not wanting to be completely closed off but then also not wanting to soak in what could be the negative opinion of others?

Well, like, start from understanding I could be wrong. I think it's like we have a healthy amount of self awareness, a healthy amount of unless they, self doubt, like criticism. You have to be, yeah, not for open to criticism enough to say, hey, you know what, I could be wrong. I think that's to go back to the first few weeks in the Big Brother House. You know I have an entire house of people telling me I impacted people, hurt people, offended people, and instead of coming out swinging saying no, I'm right, I'm perfect, I'm not this person, I said okay, even though I don't really believe this to be true. Clearly something has been that could have hurt people and I would much rather start from a position of saying, hey, you know what, I am so sorry and I don't want to make you feel like that. Let's talk about what happened so I can give you the full picture of what did have, of what you're experiencing, and apologize when necessary.

So I think is going to come our way. Hate is going to come our way. I think what's important is that you don't internalize it all the time but at least, like you know what it is possible that I'm not perfect, and I think that to be a reality TV star, you have to understand that you are an imperfect, full-fledged we would have been cast if we were perfect.

when we have no, that doesn't make for good TV.

No, no, it's boring Politicians. If you were perfect even then, those nut jobs aren't always getting right either. So start from the position of knowing you are imperfect and it's okay.

That's a pull and that's okay and that is normal and that is fine. I love that. It almost kind of brings up this concept. You said don't internalize it, but you can look at it like I might be wrong. I think that's so interesting because you did such a beautiful job of that. I would have done the first one that you mentioned, which is the no, you're wrong. Which leads me to my second question how the F did you not lose your cool in that house, like I know it's a game, but like we are humans and like yeah, that's my question how did you not lose your cool when people were being outright rude, outright mean, even afterwards? You know, I know a lot of the stuff. I know you sent me a few texts of things like look what was said. Luckily, because we were friends, I was kind of hidden from a lot of it too. I didn't know the extent that things you know got, but how did you not lose your cool when you were picking up on those things?

Well, the easy answer is it's easier when there's $750,000 on the line. That is true, that's a motivator, I guess.

There is. This game is to be played and I understood again I credit a lot of that to you and you know some innate social understandings that my position in the game didn't allow me to be a person with every range of emotions at all times and that just helped me regulate because I knew and you know I talked about this as a black woman all the time. I understood what are the implications of my behavior, how is my behavior received and why is it different from me compared to other people. I understood that. So that's one. The other end of it is just the nature of Big Brother. I know how much this means to other people.

I did my research going into the house and I didn't study game moves. I think I said that something like this before. I didn't study game moves, but I studied personalities. I looked to see what was effective and I understood what resonated with fans but didn't help the person in the game and what people understood as boring as a fan but helped get that person to the end. So when I had a mind studying how people operate in the house, I had this like this rubric or a diagram of understanding, not just okay, I'm a black woman and these are the large implications of how I behave and how it's received, but also what works and does not work in this game and who is and is not allowed to behave like that. When you have that whole diagram laid out, there's so many different ways you can maneuver. Of course, my options were limited. I found that path. Let's forge forward.

It's so interesting too, because you can come in with this idea of things. I feel like we both shared that. Similarly, in week one I was very much going Laylo just like, hey, nice, get to know people. All of a sudden I'm like how in the world do I differentiate myself between Alyssa Paloma and me? And so it's like all of a sudden I was saying and doing things playing way harder than I would have ever thought you know, or whatever advice anyone to do. But like, what choice do you have? All of a sudden, your choices are become really narrow.

So it's like one thing, taylor and I think that's so smart to like recognize that and to like understand okay, here's how I am, here's the situation I'm in, here's how I need to operate to move forward, because it's a game of who can last the longest. But it's another thing to like be a human being, living that Like I know you spent a lot of time in your bed. Like I know you like spent a lot of like a long time. But like, how did you regulate? And like be a human within those constraints, I guess in the game.

Well, sunlight helped a lot when we got it. Water and sunlight helped a lot. But you know, most of that game was proving my humanity to people and I think I think, like I can look at it this way I am naturally an introvert, so the isolation was hard. I think some of that isolation also allowed me space to just constantly think and be alone and say okay, how can I maneuver, how can I maneuver, how can I maneuver, how can I maneuver? Whereas I think if I were not as isolated, I don't know if I would have had that mind space or headspace to analyze as much as I did.

You know it's so funny. I just love it. I know we know all this with like the leftovers forming and stuff and like some of I'm not everyone in the leftovers was introvert, but a lot of us were and it's just kind of funny how, like I mean, I even remember those early weeks I have not room was like my safe place, like that's just where I would go to be alone and cry it out and just think through like sometimes a little bit of that isolation is is helpful and, of course, knowing how it all works out, knowing that we end up getting to be in the majority Lions and sure, you know, might not have been the cool kids, but it was formed and it ruled the house because of it wasn't the cool kids, you know was nice to know like, okay, all those things they might have felt isolating, but they were all.

They all moved that game forward and moved it forward and united us. That's what's so cool about our season. I know people look back at the season and for so many reasons and I wish people would look at it with a little bit of a far as you've come. But they'll say you know, taylor and Joseph are the highlights and the rest of the cast can go.

And I'm like no, like the leftovers the creation, the formation and the bonds that I made with you and Michael. Like it's such a cool season. I know I am the full end of so much of it, but there are so many other themes throughout the season that are not just on me that I also wish would be highlighted, so let me ask you this Taylor, did anything in life prior to Big Brother help prepare you for, kind of, some of these like mental demands that you experienced in the house.

I know we touched upon this a little bit, but anything that you were like, oh, I'm pulling back from that strength or that lesson.

Um, man, you know I hate to keep going Patches, patches, patches. I hate to keep going back to this one experience, but there's so much that you learn. If anything, it's how. Who are you when you lose? Who are you when things don't go your way, like I lost? I mean including Miss USA.

I lost three pageants but I lost two state before I won Miss Michigan, usa, yeah, and I've seen girls throw tantrums and fits when everything was lined up perfectly for them and it didn't pan out the way it was supposed to. I've seen girls have just like the most amazing experience when nobody thought they were going to win, and they take this opportunity and they've run with it. Or I've seen, even with myself I've lost the pageant, I think, of Miss DC, usa. I lost the pageant, but there came so many amazing networking opportunities. There came so many moments where I said, okay, even if I don't achieve this one thing that I wanted, I don't have to hurt all the time, I don't have to be sad about this or that can grow.

I think, yeah, there's so much criticism these days in modern era, big brother, where people will say, oh, like they only want to show because they want to be an influencer. They only want to show because they want other opportunities. And you know, I want to see people who play for the 750K. I do, yeah, but everybody also has to know everybody can't win that prize money, no, and it's okay to pursue other passions from this opportunity.

Why is wanting opportunities a bad thing, like in life.

I mean, like, why, yeah, like, why what?

are we supposed to be? Like? That was my one thing I did in life, Like you know. Like is that? Is that for me? Like, is that? Is that the correct response? I don't know, Of course you're talking to a manifestation slash goal person.

So opportunity, you know, like that's I don't, I won't understand that, but yeah, no. So that's interesting who you are when you lose. I don't want to say there's not right or wrong, but like what's the right way to lose them? Like like who, how does how you lose, how does that impact? What else you might do?

Sure well, think about. I mean, you can frame losing in any way. But let's talk about the first few weeks in the house. I was losing literally, in the sense that I was at the bottom of the house and I could have thrown tantrums, I could have gotten in people's faces, I could have been upset, but I just thought, okay, there's an opportunity here. You never give up on yourself. There's an opportunity here to fight until the very end. Keep finding opportunities until that door shuts behind you in the big brother house.

Yeah, I took that from the gadgets, like I took that from other opportunities and areas in my life. Why am I going to Look if the wheels are going to fall off this car, but I know it's not going to blow off, I'm going to keep on driving it and maybe there's a gas station along the way or is one of those two spots that can fix those wheels. And if there isn't, then I almost got there and maybe something else along the way, and that's okay. But if I am a bitter, ugly, angry person along the journey while I'm losing, you're not going to get anywhere. You're not going to get anywhere.

No, it's going to stop it right there. Oh, taylor, you speaking of the wheels, fall off. You remember my last week, you and I Well, I don't love your. Last week, you guys were the only like you, were the only reason why anyone kept on watching feeds all the way to the end, because we didn't give up. I mean and I'll always thank you for that Like we didn't keep, you know, give up, just trying. There was no hope, and we both kind of knew it. But like there was no hope, but like you, keep going, because what are you going to do?

You don't know, there could have been magic they were magic.

I still, I still. I don't remember them now, but I still remember leaving the house with like another three ideas of ways to come at it, three other other arguments I would have thrown Monty's way, just to like is there any other way we could have done it? But to your point it's like what else are you supposed to do? Which leads me to my next question how did you keep up your belief? Here's something we encounter all the time in manifestation, right Like the outer circumstances, those first two weeks not looking too good for you, looking like you're going to go home how do you keep yourself, keep going? How do you keep up the belief in yourself that I am still in this until they kick me out, especially in those early weeks? Like, how did you keep up that belief?

Well, the easy thing about Big Brother. I think specifically talking about Big Brother is one thing, and then talking about life is so much harder. With Big Brother, there is an end date, no matter what. So I'm either going to take it to that end date or I'm not.

I mean, life kind of has an end date, no matter what too. You just don't know when it is, I guess. Yeah, I don't know what that end date is. At least I know. I saw the clown. I'm going home, I have a good time from now.

No, I'm sorry, I'm not going all the way around. Yeah, with Big Brother, there's an end date that is set in stone, you know, hopefully set in stone, and you're going to get there or you're not. And so why am I just going to back out? Oh, it was harder than I thought it was going to be. I'm gone. No, no, what's the answer?

to that Meg and some of the most amazing game moves and experiences that we've seen on Big Brother have come from people who dance funeral. That man was out the door in isolation and we see someone hatch a plan that keeps them in the house. I always say you don't know in Big Brother what's going to work until it works. I didn't know if my final speech was going to work, but I did all the work leading up to it to see if I can make this argument. Maybe we can shift the game, maybe we can impact it, maybe I can win. I didn't know what's going to work. I hoped it would, but I didn't know it.

Brittany, you didn't know that your strategies and staying in the end with the M&Ms and all these other ways that you had to try to persuade the HOH to keep you, was going to work until it didn't work. But it could have, and I would much, much rather exhaust those options, especially in the Big Brother house, than, like you just said, lay there and die and say what was me why? Because when I look at them, big brother fans, if I get out the house after just laying there and dying, there's no respect there. At least there can be respect for someone saying wow, you did your best, you tried your hardest, and maybe one can take that and learn from it and try it in the next season and maybe it'll work.

Who knows. I mean, look at that, you lost two pageants but then you won it. So it's like it's not you Like you are capable of winning it. You've done that. You were still capable of winning it even the times you lost, because you won it. These things are not absolutes. You got to do it.

And then that's one of my biggest thing I hate when somebody tries, something, fails and then takes it on as their own identity. You know, oh, I'm the kind of person who can't do this. It's like no, it just didn't work out that singular time. You know, how do you go and revise, how do you stay in there? And, to your point, you're not out until you're out. You know the game isn't over until it's that date where it's over. You know, keeping up that belief, I want to talk because you mentioned the finale speech, which I'll link. I know there's probably a million YouTube videos of it out there. I'll link to some video.

But long story short, you make this beautiful metaphor that you are a oh my gosh, you're a sword. I always want to say sword. I never. The W always gets in my way. What the heck Shifts me up too sometimes. You're not a sword. You're sword, not a shield, right, and so, first of all, okay, so I was there like minus, like two days, right Up until the house. I talked about a lot of things. I want to know. I've never asked you this how did you come up with that idea for that speech? And, yeah, what sparked that idea that you wanted to convey to the jury? How did that metaphor come about? The other ideas that you said, how did that come about?

So I remember having two was it two town ciders. I remember they used to give us those ciders. I usually had enough for one per person. This time I had two.

Oh, but you were at the end, you got two.

And I remember just going so to feel I lost both parts of the part one, part two, hoh competition. I remember in so many of my goodbye messages I think I told you I was like my job, I'm going to win my way, I'm going to put myself in the end. I told I think I've told Alyssa I'm going to make sure two women are sitting in final two seats and having lost part one and part two, having to be put in this position where things fell down to my long-term social game to get me to the end and not the classic hard facts way to win your way, I felt so defeated. I felt like I let down so many people. I felt like I didn't have an argument. I felt like, no matter what argument I did make, I was nervous that it wouldn't be viewed as legitimate because where are your competition wins, taylor and I? Just I took those ciders and that big old plastic wine glass and I went into the bathroom and I closed the door.

I just started talking through my experience in the Big Brother house. I talked about how it was socially hard. I talked about how grateful I was for other relationships. I talked about how I worked so hard to build relationships, to maneuver my way to the end, to position myself with the right people, and how frustrated I was that it all felt like it was for not here, and I just said over and over it was like it wasn't for nothing. I did not get all this way for nothing and for those I imagine most people watching this are Big Brother fans. But if you're not a Big Brother fan, there's a common theme in this game where you position yourself so that there's always a bigger target to be your shield in the game. And once I realized nobody liked me, nobody wanted to work with me those first few weeks in the house, my pitch to stay in the house was Not nobody, not nobody.

Very little, not nobody. Sorry, I don't want to interrupt you, but yes, what?

position in the house. Once it was brought to my attention, my pitch to so many people was I will be your shield, people are coming for me, keep me, I will be your shield. And Joseph Angelette he is. When we formed the leftovers, he would say things like just because you're strong, it's not our job to test how strong you are. You're not a shield, you're a sword, and I just. It always resonated with me.

Over the last week or so in the house, I talked about maybe wanting to get a sword, ted too, because it felt like the epitome of resilience. It felt like you don't have to be the thing that protects other people. You don't have to be the thing taking all the arrows. You can be a fighter. It might not be the classic battle that people are used to seeing, but that doesn't mean that your battle is invalid. But also, and on the other hand, or in tandem with that idea, it was very important to me not to make people on the jury feel like I was just trying to throw everything back in their face and guilt them into giving me the win, and that's why saying I'm not a victim, I'm a victor was so important to me Because, again, I think that speaks to.

This is not a game of perpetual victimhood. This is not a game of trying to make other people feel bad. Woe is me to put me on a pedestal. This is a game of very clearly understanding where I stand, how to maneuver, what bonds to rebuild, and understanding that that bridge and that path is just as valid as anybody else's. So no, I'm not a field, I'm a sword. No, I'm not a victim, I am a victor. And then I talked about the social issues that constructed this season, put me in the position I was in, and why those are just as compelling a reason to win this game as your classic big brother resume.

Yeah, oh, Taylor, I just love that so much because it's just I mean, it just speaks to your mindset, with it all and being able to like what we call that reframe right Other people might see it as these ways. No, let's reframe it for what it is but also like and it's one of my biggest things, like irks, is that, like sure, the structure of the game, winning competitions and we both won competitions, so we, you know, it's not that we didn't do that, we did do that as well but in those help, but like last woman on big roads win a veto.

you know that Really still yeah, so we haven't won the season in front of me, Okay.

I mean, I guess, my point being that like, okay, we've won competitions, that's great, we've won additional markers, but that isn't. It isn't who wins, it's not. Let's tally up the competitions and whoever won the most competitions, here you go, here's your gold star. Why?

have a big brother.

No, no, why have a jury Like and that's why it's like I love that you said that and I love your speech will just forever like. I mean. I know why that it resonated with so many people. Because this is a game of who can last the longest and there's no right or wrong way to last the longest. A lot of times you don't even get to pick the way you want to last longest. It isn't even the way you get to pick to last longest.

You have to like, shape, shift and morph in. Okay, I wasn't going to do this, but now I'm going to go do this. Or oh, I have to align with this person and maybe I never thought this like. You have to be flexible and maneuver and that is just as valid as any other way or a more traditional way. You know like, your win is just as valid as any other win. Anybody else's win is just as valid. I don't know. It just irks me. This is me as, like the fan just upset, not about you, but like when anybody says like, oh, they didn't deserve to get to second, or they didn't deserve this, or it's like didn't deserve, they got there like, or questioning if somebody was a good player. You're a good player if you got there like because it's so hard to get there. Despite all the things you know, I don't know.

That's my personal opinion on that. I know exactly what you're saying. But I also think I mean, look like the was a Monday, with Monday night quarterbacking, like you sit on the couch and say, well, I would have done this or I could have done that. Oh yeah yeah, yeah, you have the full picture. You have perspective that everyone else in the house doesn't make. So it's so much easier to make those calls and decisions when you have so much more information than people have.

So let me ask you this what advice would you have for someone who's just in life, wanting to channel that source of inward energy, that victor? They're not victim, they're victor. You know. Maybe they felt like a shield, maybe they've been treated like a shield in the past, maybe they've even started to believe it. That's the hardest part is somebody's treating you that way and you start to believe it yourself. What advice would you give them to channel their inner sword?

I love this question. That's good. No, I think that point you made about believing it yourself is what really resonates with me and I'm sure, a lot of other people, because that's when it's hard, when the world or someone that you care about or value is telling you you are this way or like, the way you behave harms me, and it's so difficult to parse and say, parse out and say, okay, is this valid? How do I understand this? But if you feel like you are a shield, if you feel like a victim, there is power and reframing and reclaiming that identity. It doesn't have to be pain, it doesn't have to be sorrow, it doesn't have to be I try not to say victim mentality, because I feel like that phrase is so weaponized these days. But you don't have to fall victim to the hard things that happen you in life. There's a way to repackage it and reframe it so that it is the journey and the experience that's going to lead you to your destiny and your success.

If I sat here and I said all these bad or terrible things that happened to me are things that I have to carry and sit with and feel pain for, I think you can feel pain and sorrow around that for a little bit, but you put a bandaid on it or you go to the doctor and you get stitches for it and you let it heal while you go on the drain to the next destination. Because sorrow and pain is a trench and I want I always said everybody, I want good people to be at the top of the mountain. It's not easy. Climb up that mountain. What am I putting? My lycea, it's not no Carrying that flag with you and it can be heavy. The good flag will be heavy, maybe you water on your back too and who knows what else you're carrying with you, but you can drop it when you plant that flag and you have all that space, the mountain, and you have this gorgeous view ahead of you and there's nothing but horizon and sunrise and sunset. It is the journey, it is not the destination journey.

Yeah, just so true. I mean so the if you want to do all that you just outlined, you would be taking in everything that came at you. It would feel so heavy and you would.

You'd be laying there in the trench like to use a metaphor, right, and that heaviness can make that very hard, but like, at the end of the day, you got to recognize like you are the one, you're the only one who can pick you up. I mean, you might have support around you, people that can cheer you on or not, but oftentimes, in this case, if I'm saying like, if you're feeling like a shield, if you're feeling like a victim, a lot of times it's because there's there's outside forces that feel like they're acting Against you, and some of those very much might be like. That's not to negate anybody's experience.

It can be very hard and there can be outside forces very much working against you. How do you find that way to pick yourself up the energy to say I'm gonna keep going, I'm not gonna live down here in the trenches, I'm going where I need to go.

Yeah, that's a choice. It's a choice. It's a hard choice, but the trenches is not cute. There's rats and snakes down there. I'm not trying to live there. I don't want to be there. The the mount top is a penthouse. They got filtered water.

So I mean this doesn't sound. So I mean I guess this is like the weird way of motivational, but like it's gonna really suck in the trenches. It's also probably gonna feel very hard carrying the water bottle in the flag, and all this as you're climbing up the mountain. Both are very hard experiences. Which one are you picking? What are you picking?

Do you think it comes to your heart? Are you picking?

Both are bad, both are hard. Yeah one gets you some place, one you just fester and rot and you know yeah.

No, no, thank you. No, I'm, yeah, I'm hitching a, hitching a ride up that mountain. You know if I gotta pull myself up? So another thing I want to talk to you about is confidence. So, like I said, I I think of you. I was like literally channeling my inner tailor and I was like what is tailor to me? I think of you. I just confidence, and it's this way.

I'm like how do I describe the confidence? I think it's just like a sense of presence. I don't know if you know what I'm talking about, but just like the sense of just a presence which I wonder too. Like I mean, I've had the, the joy of getting to be with you, live with you. I know that that presence translates on TV, we know this. But like a lot of people have never been around you I don't know if they've gotten to experience, you know your brand, brand of presence, but like, talk to me about that. It's presence like a modeling pageant thing, like how does, do you know what I'm talking about? And like, how does one create Is it something that could even be learned or taught? You know, a sense of confident presence.

I mean, look, there are so many confidence coaches out there. Clearly it is something that can be taught or created or established. Yeah, I will say I was a. I was a theater kid in the sense where my school would always do plays every year from elementary school All the way up to high school, and I was just always involved in them, just like being on stage.

I like me and Michael theater, kids I like so much sense now and it's one of those things we're like I I'm trying to be careful about the way that I talk about this because I don't want anyone to feel like I'm trying to degrade them but I don't often fit the stereotype of the dorky theater kid, right, but I like theater and I like the arts and I enjoy being on stage and I would always just do it because it was something that made me happy. And my mom would always say, like other moms would come and pick up their kids from rehearsals and they would stop my mom in the hallway and say that that Taylor, she's like she's really got stage presence. And my mom just thought of it from other moms it's like yeah, yeah, yeah, okay. And then she saw one day and was like Whoa, what is going on here? Said I am not the best actress, I am not the best singer. I think that's why I thrive so much in pageants. I have stage presence. I have presence sing.

I feel like I've heard you sing before. You're good, I can carry a tune.

I can carry it, Throwing out vocals like Beyonce or Kelly Clarkson.

Okay we're comparing ourselves to Beyonce.

We are singing happy birthday. I'll be the best one seeing happy birthday, but don't ask me to do anything else, okay? When we talk about presence, I have been made aware for most of my life, since childhood to now, that that is just something that people gather when they're around me. The other thing about that, though, is that I you know before my experience on Big Brother people would always say you have a lot of presence, and it can.

You would think, usually when you're around people that have strong presence, that it's intimidating, but I always took a lot of pride in people saying your presence Doesn't feel like it exists to intimidate other people like it. Just you just sit in your confidence and your happiness and you know people would say that inspires me to do the same, and that was always something I was really proud of. It Was why, when I got miscontinuality, I was a little surprised, because I thought there are people who were nicer than me, but the girls told me afterwards I said, no, like you cheered for us just as much as you cheered for yourself, and we all noticed how much you cheered for yourself. Yeah, and that's when it all clicked for me. I was like you know my, you know this gift or our presence.

However you want to say it, I Hope that nobody takes away Superior or holier than thou attitude. That's why, as a title holder as even, as you know, the, the current winner of Big Brother I try to humanize the experience. It's why, as a title holder and, as you know, whatever big brother people get very excited. They saw the crown, the sash. They get excited, they recognize you in public now and they get excited. And, yeah, I just love people to feel like a human, like you're not talking to the winner of whatever a title holder, you're talking to Taylor. So I ask people what your name is first and ask how they're doing, because their experience is just as important as mine. So yes.

I know what you mean when you say presence, but it's also is so valuable to me that it's not just for me, it's for everyone to experience as well.

The nugget I'm taking out of that which I really just it really resonated with me. What you just said was the like I Cheer just as loud for others as I cheer for myself and I cheer loudly for myself. That it's both of those components, because how am I to know, when you cheer for me, why that feels so good is? Is because I see you give that to yourself. I mean it almost like gives me images of like, how important it is for like mothers to have like positive body image of Themselves, because that's what their daughters are watching, their, what their daughters it's not.

It's one thing to be, have a mom and to be like you're so beautiful daughter, but then to hate yourself, the daughter seeing that and there's an incongruent, you know incongruent message there. It's from watching the mom Love herself, love her body, that the daughter learns to love herself, love her body. It's almost like a similar thing. It's like, okay, I watch somebody like you loving and cheering on yourself so that when you love and cheer me on, I know the strength of that, I know how real that is, you know, by demonstrating in it another way. That's so powerful and I think that reaffirms I hope anybody listening to this that reaffirms to themselves like just how, how, how powerful it is To, to to be that way to yourself, and how much more impactful you'll be for others when you are that way for yourself. Yeah.

I mean, you know, I you can got this a little bit this part, but I I forget if I said this year or not, but I remember seeing clips back and just watching you be like Kind of irritated when I would say like oh, did you hear Taylor say like how proud she wasn't me at, like why, why she's so proud.

That's my own hang up. I got this weird thing and I still, like I still talk about Steven. I'm like am I the only one in the world who, like I, just get weirded out with the proud thing? I don't know. It's so weird that that was not like a you thing, taylor, that was just like a me in society thing, for some reason.

I'll have that thing. I'm I don't, I can't think I'll stop my head with that thing is right, I know I have that thing too in some capacity. Yeah, I do remember like I watched and I was like damn like I. I wish that. I Wish she could see that I'm cheering for her as much as I'm cheering for myself. And I know, I know you felt that now, but I was. You know, there's small moments that we can all point to or like that.

You know, and I think that I think that's so beautiful to recognize, because I don't think a ton of people. Again, this is what it contributes to presence. I don't think a ton of people have filled up their cuffs so much that it's overflowing To be able to. You know, usually a lot of people are operating from an empty cup, and so those things can be Misconstrued because people are not Interpreting you know what I mean, like they're not thinking that that is where it's coming from. But that's what, that's the power of Filling up that cup so much so that you can be cheering for others and they know that to be true. You know. I mean, I think big brother is a very good example of most times in life.

People are not intimidated by presence and confidence. Sometimes, in some situations, they, they were like, let's just call it what it is, they were you know, and so it's it's. How do you, how do you navigate that, which is Another question I want to ask you when somebody goes into situations that are new whether it was going into, like big brother, anything that's new and unknown how do you create and channel that sense of confidence? Then what it's? You don't know what's gonna happen. How do you be confident in the unknown?

yeah, no, none of us is confident in the unknown, but I think it's a mix of resting on your laurels and the other is just a mix of understanding. Everybody's in the same boat, no matter how Intimidated they are visibly, or enthusiastic they are visibly. Everybody is starting on the same foot for the most part specifically with big brother, let's say right or even, you know, with Everybody did the same Entry fee, everyone through a similar process to get here, and we're all walking through that door on day one. Ground zero, day zero, yeah. And so, again, you have a choice.

I can either have the most pessimistic view of this or the most optimistic view of this. And, all of that being said, no matter how much you prepare and no matter how much you don't prepare what you know or what you don't know the landscape in front of you is going to be unpredictable, and that's okay, because nobody else predicted. We're all from the same foot here, and it's okay. So just remember, like your experience is your experience, and you have the choice in deciding is this going to be good or is this going to be bad? Even when your back is against the wall and you have nothing but just like desperate swings and punches the throat. You have to play and you have to forward. So, like you, if I was afraid of the unknown every single day, I wouldn't leave my room. So I was afraid of what people had to say about me, or if they were gonna say something bad about me. I wouldn't get out of bed every single day. I Can't live my life out of fear in that aspect.

No, the trenches, we're not staying there. No, no, because if you were scared of it, like you just got to move forward and I love that you just everyone. Usually in unknown situations they're coming at it and you know what's something that really just sort of hit me as you're talking about that. Like I remember meeting you first day in the backyard. We were right next to each other. I was like, oh my gosh, this girl's so nice, you know. And we've all exchanged like oh, first impression stories and all this and all that.

But I think it's another thing to remember To tack on to your answer. For anybody out there who might be nervous about this is like check in on what stories You're creating in your mind versus like what is fact. So I can't speak for other people in the house that were maybe not so nice, but I think I think I think it'd be kind of safe to say is somebody who lived in that experience that a lot of that was coming from their own stories about things you said, or their own stories about Interpreting the way you said things or interpret you know, like it wasn't always the facts of what you said or your tone of voice or your actions. You know like she wears heels in backyard is fact.

Their story About that that you did not create. You know what I mean. Like there's, what am I making that mean? And so I'm not like calling out that situation, but like I just mean like we all need to be cognizant of the stories that we bring to those new and unknown Sort of those situations. Everyone might be in that same exact boat. Like you say, what story are we making about that? We think we're at some disadvantage in this or why we're not, you know, confident, like check your own stories because those stories might be working against you and your sense of confidence that you're able to bring Into those new and unknown situations, if you believe those stories as fact.

You know, I just I remember when you first came into the backyard I was like a friend. It was basically alone on that, that standing area for who knows how long yeah.

Person. Yes, yeah, it just feels so nice to just like immediately be like oh good, there's like someone nice here, like there's, just there's, there's someone that looks like I could be friends with.

We all talk about the unknown here and you know, you say the first impression that you have was like, oh, like she's so nice. And I just remember, yes, I was enthusiastic and excited and one, so happy to have you next to me, to, so happy to be in the backyard and the big brother house and the cameras and the the what's that big camera?

It's swirling around the swirl.

Yeah, oh, my gosh man, the perfect summer weather is blowing over the tarp and I just, I remember having this very surreal moment where I'm just so happy, I was such a high, I'm so excited. And then I remember, taylor, you didn't get any sleep last night. You had the shits all night because you were so nervous I couldn't like I, just I and I. I, the first night of house with my body to sleep. You got put on these, press on nails and you are gonna be out the toilet all night, taylor.

And then I remember how nervous Other people were saying they were growing up the night before and I was like, well, mine was the other end, but at least I'm not alone. I'm feeling uncomfortable here.

I just got pits. I was just calm pits. I'm like like that damn dress, like people that that is gonna be pits McGee, that's, that's gonna be my name, obviously. Oh my gosh, no. And like how beautiful is that to know that we were all Experiencing very visceral reactions to just incredible unknown and nerves and just like nothing. You know and You're, you have so much more in common with people than you might think in those new and unknown situations you know. So let me ask you this, taylor. I mean, post BB life has just been a blur. I feel like you are traveling every week. We're, we're texting, we're talking and it's just like where is she this? Where Where's Waldo? Where's Taylor? Like, where in the world is Taylor? Like, how do you take care of your mental health when you're pursuing your dreams? When you got that pack schedule, like what advice you got for people?

Oh Know that it's going to be hard and I feel like that's the theme of this entire conversation. It's not easy, easy and I I probably fail more than I succeed. I do. I feel so much more than I say look at what way.

I mean I don't get enough sleep, I don't drink enough water, I really should have more therapy sessions on the calendar than I do. And then there are other ways that I feel like I fail and you know that's like my own thing. But you know, I wish yeah, I saw my friends before the show more. I wish I showed up in their lives more, or even with you, brittany, like I have been around the world in a half All the places I visited, and I one haven't visited you in Texas and two visited you and I haven't been doing any of that.

Damn. I wish I was being better at this and I'm really lucky that I have people in my life that don't expect me to be perfect or they'll check me when I'm not being the best and like I love you so much and I'm just really grateful for our friendship. Do I wish that we had more like fun pictures together? Yes, but we have what I say.

When, before you walked out the door, I was like you know we have a few weeks of this and a lifetime of friendship ahead of us, and I'm just really great for that.

So I feel like that was something I was always telling you too. I was like you know, you're not going to be able to get rid of me, and I feel like I said that to you a million times, not because it was like I was feeling something. I was like, oh, this is like I know what's game and I know what's real. You know what I mean, and I mean our games didn't always align, and yet I knew what was real Humanness and friendship. You know what I mean. Okay, so there's always like stuff. Okay, sure, maybe I could get more sleep, maybe I could do things like that. How do you, um, what do you feel like you have been learning about yourself and doing as you Maintain a pack schedule, because, I mean, you're going after your dreams. It's not always easy, it's hard, and yet you do it. How do you do it?

Oh, how do I do it? Um, I do it. Taylor, remember when those news and it was like here's the CEO of this company and here's what their morning schedule looks like. I just want to throw like there's just the running on fumes and I'm working on being better, like I'm working on having a consistent workout schedule, not to body but to have routine of prioritizing my physical health and that extent I feel like, oh what, and don't force me, you're happy, you're like that?

I'm working on eating better when I'm on the road. I'm actively working on prioritizing sleeping. I'm actively working on spending extended periods of time in one place instead of. You know, there are a few times where I've gone LA, new York, la. That's not sustainable. Yeah, all that being said, when we say how do you do it or how are you taking care of yourself, it's not saying I have the perfect answer in the perfect formula. It's saying, yeah, I actually don't have the answer, but I recognize gaps and I'm gonna make adjustments to try to accommodate for that. So, yeah, I want to slow down my travel more and move to LA so that most things are in one place. I want to, yeah, again, like working out drinking water, slowing down, having a sleep schedule when I can. These are things that I can and will be doing To make my life easier, because it's okay.

Well, it's having the awareness of knowing, like, okay, like these, this is a season of life. These, some of these things are not sustainable. I recognize that and so, like, we're filling in those gaps, like you said, and you started to talk about it. But this is my final question for you, taylor, and this has just been so much fun. But, like, dream with me, like what is I always think of? Like the future version of you. You're manifested, you, you're who you want to be. You have what you want to have. Like all dreams fulfilled, goals achieved. Like what's in future, what's in store for future, taylor? Like, let's call it in, let's, let's let's align the energies here.

All right, I'll just I'll say it all, because why not? I think future do it future. Taylor owns a Multi-million dollar home in the Valley of Los Angeles. Future.

Taylor a condo in New York and owns multiple properties, either through family or other means, in Detroit. Future Taylor is a premier, like hopes of entertainment news, of other reality shows or other gigs. Yeah, I want, you know, not just the gig opportunities, I want to be an industry leader in that aspect. Trust, it's more trusted and reliable source. Future Taylor is married, has a dog and maybe, maybe some kids will see. Kids will see, you'll see, we'll see. But I don't imagine my life where I don't want to have a life where I struggle and have kids If I am able to have a home in the valley and a penthouse in New York and homes in Detroit, also have a life where I can provide a full and safe and a happy life for children. Yeah, smells, smells, smells, smells. My friends are kind and loyal and I can pour into them as much as they pour into me Financially stable, thriving, able to give to all the things that matter to me. And also I would like to have the Miss Michigan USA franchise. I would like to run that.

Taylor this is all I mean you spoke at into existence. It's there, it's in your mind. You just keep climbing that mountain towards it. We know it may not be easy, but that doesn't. It doesn't need to be as easy as a prerequisite. You know these things and you're, and you're there and I mean, gosh, look at how much view. You've already climbed on that mountain. You could already look back and say, wow, look at the view from where you're at, even as you continue to climb, to where you're going, and I'll visit you when you have that multimillion dollar house in LA.

We're just, we're just waiting for the nice house until we visit right.

Oh, I don't have a place right now, but when I get there.

I'm gonna have a guest room for you, steven. When I have my Lazy River pool, I'll invite you over then. How about that? I love you so much. You were just.

I don't know, I mean the world to me.

Thank you so much for sharing your heart and just I don't know giving your advice here. I know this is going to help a lot of people, so thank you.

I hope so and thank you for doing this.

And again, you know I'm proud of you, Brittany, and I accept it fully without any of my own story attached to it. Okay, that was my shit.

We know this Wasn't that just lovely.

I love that interview. It's just like Taylor said guys, this whole process of achieving your dreams, of manifesting your dreams, is just like climbing a mountain, and it might feel hard at times, but that's okay. It doesn't mean that you're doing anything wrong. In fact, laying in the trenches, being stuck in the mud, is hard too. That's going to feel hard as well. But I will say this there are things and resources and tools that many of which we talked about here in the show that can make this journey climbing up this mountain, this journey to the peak which is destination, manifestation and this metaphor feel so much easier for you.

And really that comes down to just how you would climb a mountain anyways. Right, you're probably going to train, you're probably going to train your physical body to be able to be fit and strong before you climb up that mountain. And so what sort of training would you need to do before you reach your dreams? Or as you're reaching your dreams, you'd want to do brain training, and the best form of brain training is hypnotherapy and coaching. So you probably wouldn't hike up that mountain if you were formerly a couch potato, right, that would be extra hard and you'd probably be super winded and you'd probably want to quit right, because you weren't trained to climb up the mountain. What would you expect, right? And that's kind of how it is with our goals and our mindset. Positive thinking is a mental muscle that needs to be built, that needs to be trained. And so when we're in the theta brain wave state which is this brain wave state that we access through hypnosis we're able to create new habits of thought and create these new synaptic connections within the brain, so that thoughts of confidence and strength and resiliency become easier to us. They're not so hard to access that frame of mind. They become our go-to thoughts, they become our habits of thoughts and those thoughts begin to fuel us as we hike up that mountain, that metaphorical mountain, towards our goals. So just I want you to know after today, I just want you to know that you don't have to do this alone, right? Training makes the journey easier. And so, if you want to set your life up for success, if you want to reach the top of that summit a bit faster and a bit easier than before, head on over to BritneyHoovescom, check out the link in the show notes. I'll leave it here and you can find out more details about my hypnotherapy and coaching programs. Okay, because it's in these programs that we train both aspects of our mind the conscious mind through coaching, and the subconscious mind through hypnotherapy, so that you can manifest a life of your dreams. So again, thank you so much for joining us here today. You're incredible.

And if you haven't done so already, be sure to subscribe to this podcast. I can say we have another really fun guest in store next week. If you know BB24 and if you want to learn more about self-care, we're going to be talking to Alyssa Snyder, so I can't wait for you guys to hear more from her. So be sure to subscribe to the show so you don't miss out on that episode. And there's one other thing that I want you to do after listening to this episode, and it's this Go ahead and write a review, especially if you're on Apple podcast and you listen to Apple podcast.

Go ahead and write a review and take a screenshot of it before that. You submit that review and then send it to me. You can either DM me my Instagram is Brit B R I T T dot hoops H O O P E S on Instagram or you can email me at britney, at britneyhoopscom and I will send you a destination manifestation ballcap. Yeah, I'm not even making it a contest. If you send it to me and I don't run out of supplies I have like 30 somewhat some odd hats I will send you one so you don't even have to win anything, I just I will send it to you if you leave that review. So it's actually kind of funny.

I have manifested three times as many ballcaps as I originally ordered, because they keep on getting lost in the mail and then the company sends another set of ballcaps as a replacement and then and then they end up coming like way later, and so then I end up getting both and I'm like what should I do? But they're because they're customized to say destination manifestation on them. They're like, oh, just keep them. And so I've gotten like three orders of these ballcaps, but I only sent one. So it's a very long way of saying I have lots of ballcaps. I think the universe sent me these ballcaps so that I can send them out to you. So be sure to leave a review for the show, so I'll send you out one and you can be part of the manifesting community because I appreciate you so much. All music for this podcast is by a cube, and I'll catch you next time.
